The Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning approved the following charges for the 2023-2024 academic year:

学费

W does not charge an extra fee for out-of-state students.
本科
研究生

The university offers two programs with a flat-rate tuition. This flat rate includes tuition, capital improvement fees, and course fees. 学生 are still responsible for the cost of books, 供应, and any fees resulting from overloads, 增加/减少, 或者延迟注册.

RN-to-BSN

W offers a flat-rate $10,000 tuition to complete the program. 基于42学时. Includes tuition, capital improvement fees, and course fees. 费用 resulting from an overload will be the responsibility of the student.
工商管理硕士

W offers a flat-rate $10,000 tuition for the 工商管理硕士 program. The number of semesters may vary for this 36 credit hour program, but your tuition rate remains the same. Includes tuition, capital improvement fees, and course fees.

资本改善费

全职 本科 and 研究生 students are assessed a $50 每学期 资本改善费. 兼职 本科 students are assessed a $4.17 每学时 capital improvement fee, while 兼职 研究生 students are assessed a $5.56 每学时 capital improvement fee.

超载费

本科 students taking more than 19 semester hours must pay an additional $333 每学时. 研究生 students taking more than 13 semester hours must pay an additional $444 每学时.

WBooks +

学生 may opt to rent textbooks from the university bookstore for a flat rate of $20.00 /学时.

All amounts owed will be due by the Registration Day for each semester:

2023年秋季- 2023年8月11日
2024年春季- 2024年1月9日

Option 1: Payment in full at or before registration.

Pay the amount due on your Student Account via WCONNECT:

  • Logon on to WCONNECT, choose the New! Banner Self Service icon, then 学生 from the top menu, then Account Information.
  • You will be directed to Transact where you can view term charges, 余额和付款.

NOTE: One-half of the approved annual award of scholarships, loans or grants may be deducted from the amount owed. 也, first-time students who receive financial aid under the Title IV program are subject to the refund guidelines of that program. Please contact the Office of Financial

Option 2: Set up a payment plan with Transact

Payment plans will be available through Transact and will consist of 4 equal monthly payments due on the 15th of August, 9月 & November for fall and January, February, March and April for spring.

A $50.00 enrollment fee will apply to all payment plans.

  • Logon on to WCONNECT, choose the New! Banner Self Service icon, then 学生 from the top menu, then Account Information.
  • You will be directed to Transact where you can view term charges, 结余, setup a payment plan and make payments.

Other Forms of Payment 过程ed by 大学会计:

  • VA Benefits - Certified through the VA Representative in the MUW Registrar's Office.
  • MPACT or other state prepaid accounts - Contact 大学会计 to bill each semester

    • The student must have a credit balance after tuition and other fees are covered.

学生 who withdraw from housing during the first two weeks after move in day will have their living expenses and original meal plan disbursement expenses pro-rated with an 85% adjustment. After the first two weeks, students who withdraw from housing will not receive an adjustment.
